Words have power. They have the power to build someone up and also pack a big punch to knock someone down.
So many things are said each day that will be forgotten. That’s the thing about spoken words. The only way they are remembered is if they are important enough to be passed down to others.
Great leaders have come and gone and their words live on far after they have passed on. But there is only one person who’s words cross space and time. These words are so widely known and spread because of their relatability and impact.
God existed before anything anywhere was even created. The earth and the universe were void and without form, but God was there. All He had to do was speak and things happened.
Once He created people, they thought His words and actions were so powerful that they couldn’t help but to record them for everyone to read through eternity.
In the Bible it is written we are to hide His words, the Scriptures, down deep in our hearts so that we might not sin against Him and so that we will live for Him. You see, how you act and how you think actually comes from the condition of your heart.
God knows that if He can have an impact on your heart, He will an impact in your life. When you accept Christ and allow Him to lead you through your life‘s journey, He will make your path straight and honorable to Him.
One day everything on this earth will fade away, but His words will always remain. What He says will always come to pass and His purpose will always prevail.
