What went through your mind and what did you feel in that moment? The salvation we find in Jesus Christ brings ultimate joy. This joy helps us to know He is in control and whatever we are facing He will see us through it.
As we continue our journey with Jesus, it can be easy to become overwhelmed with this world. The people and things of this world can easily move us to worry, fear, and feel all sorts of other emotions.
Each day is a struggle whether you live with Him at the head of your life or not. It is just immeasurably easier to have Jesus as your partner in this life.
Surrender and acceptance of Him is not a one and done occurrence. It is a daily habit of laying down your plans and purposes for His. You have to live with a willingness to want Him as the biggest and best thing in your life.
