There is a lot of hate in our world, but there is also a lot of love. Most of the stories brought to our attention though have to do with the former and not a latter.
Love and respect go hand-in-hand. We rarely hear about acts of violence, hurt, or pain that starts with love. Many of us want to see changes made around us and are really good at speaking to someone about it in conversation.
Fewer of us though are willing to stand up and do something about these things. It takes boldness and confidence to stand up for what you believe in and what you know is right.
You may say that you are a shy and introverted person so how could you ever be the catalyst for change? If you have accepted Christ, His Spirit lives in you.
The Holy Spirit does not make you timid or soft-spoken. He lives in you to give you boldness and confidence because of who you are in Christ. Pray today and ask God for boldness to step out in faith and don’t be afraid to change the world.
