So many people mistake the church building as the church. The truth is, the building is just the place that houses the church.
Any store that you see has a location of course, but they could very easily move or even expand.
Churches are kind of the same way. The building is a place to gather and experience corporate worship with one another and to gain understand of what it means to have a relationship with God.
The church isn’t defined by the four walls where they meet on the weekends. It is defined by what it does when it leaves the building.
God lives inside of every Christian. He is not restrained by the walls of any buildings either.
I encourage you to be the hands and feet of Jesus and to show the love of God everywhere you go.
Be open to God using you, the church, to do great things on His behalf. Go into the community and help the sick, hurting, homeless, hopeless, and lost among you.
Now is the time to stop thinking someone else will take care of these things and be the change—to Him be the glory.
