Sometimes when you go through life events or struggle through tough times, it’s easy to think you are all alone and that no one else could ever understand what you’re going through. Because in your mind at that moment, you truly believe no one else has ever experienced what you’re dealing with.
How wrong this thinking is! There is always someone else who understands because they’ve gone through it too—we aren’t so different. The things you endure will make you stronger and they become a part of your testimony.
God uses your testimony to help others see how He is at work in our lives. If He brought you through it, it’s up to you to help others know Him so they can do the same.
Why do we have to endure pain, heartache, struggles, and trials? God never said this life would be easy—only that you wouldn’t have to do it alone. Be open to allowing God to use you to impact the lives of others.
Don’t focus on what you have had to endure. Focus on what He was able to help bring you out of. God is compassionate and comforts you so you can then bring comfort to others.
