Many gifts we receive as adults pale in comparison to some of the great gifts we loved getting as a child. We always teach children it is better to give things than to get them, but it usually isn’t until we are older that we fully understand this sentiment.
As a parent, there is so much enjoyment in watching your children open the gift they really wanted. Their reaction is priceless. Our Father gave us the best gift ever in He gave His Son Jesus as a ransom for your sin and mine.
He already paid the price for you. All you have to do is believe that His Son lived, died, and will return for you when God says it’s time.
When you “open” and accept His gift, He cannot wait to see your reaction! It’s a gift that always keeps on giving because as you receive it, you can then share the best gift ever to others.
