We are all searching for something. In the morning you may go on a hunt for your keys, glasses, or shoes.
But what do you feel is missing in your life that you just can’t seem to find—peace, joy, love, patience?
God is a generous God and doesn’t give you what you deserve. He gives you what you need.
As His children we are heirs to His inheritance, but He provides for you what you need right now to fulfill His purpose in your life. Even though this is the truth so many still live as if they don’t have access to certain things.
He has given us, the church (His people), all the spiritual blessings and not only are you to live in them you are to share them with others. Being the church isn’t just about going to church.
It isn’t something we check off our weekly schedule and it’s done until the next week. The church isn’t limited to what they can do within the walls of a building.
You and I are to put into action every generous blessing Christ has given to us because of our faith and trust in Him. Christians are active participants for Jesus and not sideline watchers.
It’s important to pray and ask God to help you see and understand His power, provision, and plans at work in your life. Pray that when you read His Word the words will have life and meaning as you apply it to yourself and the world around you.
We have been given so many good things through Christ. What excites you about the things Jesus has done for you and what God has provided in your life?
