What we all want most is “peace on earth.” It sounds so cliche, but I believe we are all searching for peace. The only problem is where we search for it.
This world has temporary fixes to give you moments of peace. There is only one source that never runs out and as long as you tap into it you will have unending peace.
When Jesus told His disciples that He would die and be buried but not to worry because He would rise again, He told them He was leaving them with His peace.
He knew they would need it and you would need it. His peace is different than what the world can give because it’s perfect, isn’t flawed, and never runs out.
Especially right now you’re probably craving this. If you are, what you’re craving may not just be peace but more of Jesus. He is called the Prince of Peace.
If you commit your life to Him and accept what He did for you, your mind will be faithfully fixed on Him. Showing this trust in who He is assures He will keep you in perfect peace.
