As humans, we are born with the mentality to think what we can gain first from a situation rather than what we can give.
God isn’t human though and so His heart is for others.
He doesn’t need you to do His work for Him in the earth. You need to do it for you!
When you act morally right, it gives Him joy. He takes delight in you!
He didn’t give His Son to die so He could gain anything! God did it for you.
He is a loving Father and wants the best life possible for you. All you have to do is choose Him over the things of this world and eternity in heaven with Him is yours.
