I Will

Every single day, there are promises made—vows if you will. Some of them you make and others are made to you.

I heard it said recently that you shouldn’t promise something over which you have no control. It makes sense, but how often do you do it anyway?

Broken promises have a way of shutting you down and holding you back from what life could be.

Our hearts get hard and we begin to not take anyone at their word. Hard hearts don’t allow for meaningful relationships.

So many have been closed off from accepting Christ because they can’t believe the prophetic word that was foretold—a Messiah will come to save us all.

Unlike you and I who are humanly flawed and have a sinful nature, God does not. He is a God who fulfills His promises.

He promises to restore you to health and heal your wounds. To restore means to give back or to renew.

Sometimes our earthly bodies come to their end, but He will restore you to good health for all of eternity.

He will heal all your wounds. God isn’t just talking about physical hurt, but emotional and physiological wounds as well.

He is a God of healing. All you have to do is accept Him for who He says He is and He will restore you.

What is holding you back from taking God at His word?
