Everyone who will ever live has a couple common desires. We all want to be known and we all want to belong.
So many are going through life and they don’t feel like they fit in. They can’t find a place they truly belong. Whether this was a season you had to go through to get to where you needed to be or a bad day, we’ve all been there.
Maybe you’re there now. No matter what you do and who you’re around you just feel alone. I’m here to tell you that you are never alone. God is always with you. He’s the friend that is there for you in a heartbeat and all you have to do is call out His name.
There is power in the name of Jesus and there is power in prayer. Ask Him to help your thoughts so that you can focus on His goodness and not on your circumstances.
God wants you to live a life fulfilled through your calling in Him. He created you and me to stand out and not fit in. This doesn’t mean we act out or act up to get attention. When you live life focused on Him, everything else has new meaning and it’s easier to get through times when we feel less than.
After praying to God for help, it’s so important to find your people. What does that mean? It means you and I were not meant to do life alone. Something happens when we join in community with others.
Nothing lifts you up more than surrounding yourself with other Christ followers who can encourage and love on you. Try to find at least a few believers with whom you can spend life’s ups and downs.
Sometimes God speaks through those around us and you may never know the awesome things they have for you if you don’t choose to do life with them. Who are some of the people in your life that you can count on for Godly encouragement and love?
