We all have something we are zealous about. For you if might be a nonprofit you support or an organization you’re a part of. Or maybe it’s a person whose ideals and morals you side with and help to uphold.
The Holy Spirit, God’s Spirit, was given to you when you decided to follow Christ and be baptized. His Spirit then lives in and works through you.
It’s an awesome sight to watch the Spirit work in someone’s life. But there are things you can do to quench the Spirit.
When you live by faith and trust Him alone, this is when you experience life in abundance. I don’t mean abundance in the sense that you have more money than you know what to do with, although God may decide to bless you in this way.
What I do mean is having joy, His peace, and all that you could ever need in this life. The Holy Spirit isn’t something to be feared, but instead revered. He is the key to living your best life.
Don’t let your lack of faith or trust in Him hold you back from the life He has planned for you. Step out in faith and trust Him with your life.
This is a daily process of surrender, faith, and trust in Him. What will you decide to do today to live faithfully trusting Him?
