It is in our nature to want new things. When a new phone or other new tech gadget debuts, for instance, we can’t help but want it. Why? We fear missing out or being left behind.
If you keep your focus on God, He is a good shepherd who will always make sure you have what you need. The main factor in the equation is you. When the posture of your heart is on Him, you’ll receive all you need and He will be your everything.
You may be going through a time where you fear you will never leave the wilderness, but I assure you it the difficult times will pass and you will come out stronger on the other side. Fully rely on Him and do not focus on what you can see in your situation.
Faith is believing what you can’t see and knowing even if you don’t understand that God has a plan and has already made a way for an outcome greater than you could have ever imagined. How has God come through in your situation when you trusted Him for all that you needed?
