Sometimes when a person gets behind a cause or makes a decision, they only understand half of why they are doing it.
Your intentions for supporting an organization or acting a certain way may be valid. What about some of the recent choices you have made.
Have they impacted you the way you imagined they would? How have they affected those around you?
Everyone who accepts Christ does so because they believe He came, died, and was raised to life. We know this through faith even without ever physically seeing Him for ourselves.
There are some people you meet and they stay an acquaintance forever. God doesn’t want to just be your acquaintance that you talk about every once in a while.
He wants to have a close, personal relationship with you! Your faith alone is not enough. God counts us as righteous by what we do.
Without living out your faith through your actions, the decision you made to choose Jesus will be reduced to a moment of acceptance of Him, but not living for Him.
Is Jesus still just an acquaintance for you or have you gone all in to live for Him no matter what?
