Have you ever known someone who meant so much to you that you would do anything for them without even a second thought? God did this for you when He sent His Son to innocently die for your sins.
You on your own are not righteous—none of us are. It is through Christ’s sacrifice you are made righteous because He has allowed you to be free from guilt and sin.
He has found you worthy of saving and extended the free gift of grace. You have done nothing to earn this gift. It is His gift to you given through blessing after blessing in your life.
God found you worthy of redeeming! He paid the price for you so you would be righteous in His eyes. All He wants in return is you. God wants to see you live a life of abundance in influencing the world in His name.
By His power, you are set free from your past sin and present shortcomings. He loves you that much and He will never lose that loving feeling—it’s forever!
He has already forgiven you and paid the price for you. Knowing you are righteous (free from your sin), why are you still holding on to what He wants you to let go of?
