Every day you decide who and what is worthy of your time and energy. Whatever and whomever it is, you believe them/it to be of significant worth or importance because of the value it holds in your eyes.
We define who we are by where we came from and what we go through. When you think of where you come from does it include the One who made you?
You are a child of God—His creation. He made you in your mother’s womb. He decided what gifts and characteristics would complete you. You are His!
Everything you go through is a part of the process of your life—the good, bad, and the ugly. God had a plan for your life from the beginning.
In addition to all to all you experience, everything you have is from Him. You may say, “Wait a minute, I worked for the job I have” or “I have worked hard to be able to live the blessed life I live.”
But knowing He gave you the abilities you have means everything you have is because of Him! As a result, everything you do is for Him. You must make the decision to live each and every day to honor HIm.
