Everyone has a reason for doing or not doing something. What drives you?
The foundation of why you do what you do is important because it affects everything. God says the two greatest things we must do in life is to love Him and to love others.
These two things should be the basis for all of your actions, thoughts, and spoken words. This does not mean you need to plaster Christian symbols or Bible verses all over everything you own or pass out religious tracts to everyone you meet.
Jesus didn’t push God on people. Instead, He loved them and let His life and God’s love make a difference in their lives. You and I should follow suit.
When you are living your life knowing who God says you are and what He wants you to do, it is easier to let your life speak for itself—meaning, people who are around you should be able to see that it's your Christian faith that guides and drives you.
Your actions and words should line up with God’s will. it is near impossible to be associated with someone for long who says one thing and does another.
So I ask you today, what drives you? Is it your love for God and others or is it something else?
