There are good and bad things about living in a world that is constantly changing. Change is good in the respect that it can improve and make things better. It can also backfire if it evolves us as a society to be further away from the lives God intended.
Most people don’t deal well with change. We love our comfort and the routine of our lives. I myself am a planner so anything that happens I didn’t plan for can throw me for a loop—especially around the holidays.
There is one thing that never changes. God! He is the same today as He was yesterday and will be tomorrow. The plans He has for you were set in motion long before you were born and will continue to affect others long after you leave this earth.
God will always be with you as your comforter, provider, shepherd, and so many other things. He knew from the beginning all the things you would do in your life, whether it is the path He has planned for you or not.
Living life with Him in the lead makes the ordinary into the extraordinary. Life can be unpredictable, but with God as your constant you can trust He always has a plan.
