What are you devoted to? Is it a cause or an organization? Maybe you volunteer at your child’s school or at your church. Whatever it may be, you are devoted to it because it means something to you.
When you devote your heart to God you are committing to Him that daily you will try your best to do what honors Him. Evil cannot exist where He is.
Because of your devotion to Him, He is by your side helping you every step of the way. He dispels the darkness and evil from your life.
Living for Him means you have chosen to accept Him and He accepts you where you are—with all your missteps, faults, and bad breaks. He has forgiven you of your past and accepts you in light of your future.
Being a child of God assures you can walk into the future with your head held high. Knowing who you are in Him changes everything!
His strength in your weakness allows you to stand tall and without fear. How has His strength and forgiveness given you what you need to keep moving forward and stand without fear?
