There are some things that happen in life that throw you for a loop. They take you so off guard you become confused and don’t know which way is up or down.
In times like this, what do you do? God created us to be in community with other believers so it is natural for you to want to talk with a friend for wise counsel.
More important than a hand to hold though is what can keep you afloat—your faith! Having faith in God that He is working in your situation ensures that even when you are too weak to stand, He will uphold you.
When you’re unable to stand, kneel. Praise Him through the tough times and in the good times too. Praise Him because He is already working behind the scenes for you and trust that He always comes through.
He is God who upholds His promises to you and He has promised to not leave you. How has He upheld you when you felt like you couldn’t stand on your own?
