We live in a world where nothing is ever free. There are always strings attached and you need to read the fine print before signing your life away.
The only thing that is surely free is God’s grace and unconditional love. You cannot do anything to earn it.
Grace is unmerited favor. You did nothing to earn it, but He has freely given it to you anyway.
The cost of your sin should be death, but out of His unconditional love He freely gave His only Son to bear the weight of your sin on the cross.
He has freely given these things to you, you must then freely give these gifts to others. There truly is something to treating others the way God would treat them.
The talents and other gifts He’s given specifically to you are also not to keep to yourself. Use them to share Jesus with those around you.
