Wisdom comes as our knowledge grows. Spiritual wisdom is no different in that it comes when we continue to expand our knowledge about God. We know more about Him by spending time with Him—reading His word and spending time in prayer. Isn’t this how we become best friends with anyone? We can’t get to know someone on a personal level without spending time with them. It’s just a fact! As Christ followers, let’s pray for spiritual wisdom so we can make decisions based on God’s point of view instead of our limited point of view. When we know Him intimately, His view will come more naturally. What point of view have you been operating from?
