One day at a time. This is how most of us are living right now. When your future is uncertain, it can be hard to plan—and I’m a planner!
With your time being split between work, schooling and keeping your children busy, and just trying to stay healthy and sane, it’s easy to become frazzled and stressed out.
Yesterday is done and you woke up today to a new day, a fresh beginning. This is great news! But what can you do differently today that could possibly maintain your sanity?
Jesus. That’s it. His name is above every other name, sickness, and issue you will ever face.
In this verse today, Joshua 3:5, you are told to consecrate yourself. Simply, this means to devote and dedicate yourself to His purpose. When you live with the mindset of a higher purpose, it changes what you do and the way you do it.
If you and I will choose to focus on Him, He will show you ways you can be His hands and feet to people who truly need it right now.
There are so many who are hurting, stressed, and worried and they need your prayers and your helping hands. This is the only way we will get through all this craziness.
You need to remember, God hasn’t left us. He is still in control and as long as you’re willing, He still wants to use you for good and His glory.
Instead of only having stories to tell your children and grandchildren about how hard all of this was, what if you had stories to encourage them of how God worked through people to make a difference?
Today is a new day and God will do amazing things so be on the lookout. How might God use you today to do something amazing in His name?
