There are times in your life you experience suffering. It may last for a day or for what feels like forever.
God asks you not be afraid about what you have to endure. When you know it’s all a part of God’s plan for your life, it is a little easier to push through because you know it won’t last forever.
Your life should reflect your faithfulness to God’s plan. Living by faith is not about giving it all to God just when things are going well, but trusting Him to get you through when they aren’t.
You are called to be faithful to Him in everything you do—even through suffering. Why should you choose to endure suffering when there may be an easier way?
Being faithful to Him in all things brings blessings beyond what you can imagine. When you choose to live for Him and die to yourself (making His plan for you greater than the plan you had for yourself) your reward is eternal life with Him in heaven.
I can’t imagine any greater blessing than living for eternity with God and Jesus in heaven.
