At one time or another, we all have been content to be just one of the crowd. You want to be there, but want to blend in. Well here’s some news. God didn’t create you to always blend in. Following Him means sometimes you will stand out.
He and His disciples were not always well-liked or welcomed. As a follower of Christ you may not always be well-received either and that’s alright!
Jesus was always having crowds and groups of people following after Him. When they needed something, they were right there beside Him asking for healing and restoration.
When you come to Him and pray for healing from any sickness in your body and you have the faith He will do it, it will come to pass!
The disciples were around Jesus all the time. They witnessed Him healing people, restoring sight, and performing other miracles.
These men were close in proximity to Him daily. I’m sure if Peter had a headache, Jesus put His hands on His head and healed Him.
When you walk closely with Jesus the journey of this life will not always be pleasant, but it helps to know you have the One who can really help you on your side. There is a difference between closely walking with Him and just being one of the crowd.
My question to you is this: Are you one of the crowd or are you a true disciple?
